Private coaching with Mark
From the Inside Out
For people facing important decisions, repeating problems, pressure, or change.
Real change starts from within.
That is where we begin.
I work from the inside out. We look at what is really happening, challenge the patterns that keep repeating, and turn understanding into changes you can actually apply in your life.
How We Work
Understand What Is Really Happening
We start by looking honestly at your situation.
What is happening, what keeps repeating, what you may be avoiding, and what is actually within your control.
Challenge the Patterns
Expect direct conversations.
I ask direct questions, challenge assumptions, and help you see patterns that may be difficult to see on your own. The goal is not information. It is understanding.
Apply It in Real Life
The session is not the work.
The real work happens between sessions, in the decisions you make, the habits you change, and the way you respond when real life tests you.

Deeper work. More time.
Greater continuity.

Over time, we can go deeper, adjust the work as your situation changes, and build greater independence.
Coaching is not built around buying hours.
Choose the level of structure, independence, and support that fits the way you want to work.

How Private Coaching Works?
Why 6 Months or Longer?
- 3 Months: Possible
- 6 Months: Good Starting Point
|
- 12 Months+: Big Change
- Around six months is often where more meaningful and visible change begins to develop.
- Twelve months or longer can produce stronger and more stable results because there is more time for new patterns, decisions, and responses to become part of real life.
-
Some bigger changes take much longer. Three, five, or even seven years is not unusual when someone is making significant changes in how they think, respond, live, and act.
This doesn't mean three-month coaching or individual sessions aren't possible. They are. But we have to be realistic: for bigger change, we generally recommend giving the process more time.
How the Coaching Rhythm Works
At the beginning, coaching is usually more frequent and sessions may last around 60 to 90 minutes. Later, the rhythm becomes less frequent and sessions may become shorter as you become more independent.
The work does not stop between sessions. You continue with assignments, structured work, program material, reflection, and real-life application. When needed, support may also include a message or a short call connected to a concrete situation.
The goal is not to count hours. The goal is to give you the right support at the right time and help you apply what we have already worked on in real life.
- Your Pace
- Flexible Rhythm
- Small Long-Term Change
STRUCTURE IS FLEXIBLE:
- You are not locked into one coaching format for the entire period.
- As your needs change, we can move between more coaching, more guidance, a structured program, or a lighter Q&A-style format.
- We adapt the way we work to what you need at that stage, rather than forcing you to stay inside one fixed package.
How pricing Works?
It is Built Around Value
Coaching prices vary widely. Some coaches charge hourly or session-based rates, while others price longer-term coaching based on the level of access, intensity, and support involved.
Our approach is to look at the whole period of work rather than calculate every hour separately. The aim is simple: we want the value of the work to exceed the amount you invest.
One more thing:
- We do not work with a fixed hourly rate. The price reflects the whole period of work and what we agree with the client.
- The amount depends on the duration of the coaching, the level of support, the contact between sessions, and what the client actually needs.
- Our goal is simple: the value of the work should exceed the amount the client pays.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do we begin working together?
We start by reviewing your situation, what you want to work on, and which way of working makes the most sense for you.
From there, we agree on the appropriate coaching path and the practical details.
How often do we meet?
The rhythm depends on the coaching path and your situation.
We may begin with more frequent sessions and gradually create more space between them as the work progresses and you become more independent.
What happens between coaching sessions?
The session is not the whole process. Much of the real work happens between sessions.
Depending on the coaching path, you may use structured exercises, program material, reflection, practical assignments, and guidance tied to real situations.
Are sessions online or in person?
Most private coaching can be done online.
In-person work may also be possible depending on the situation, location, and the level of coaching involved.
What results can I expect from coaching?
The result is not the “big” aim. Work and activity is. Result is the consequence. That is our approach and that is part of the process.
This work is designed to help you understand your situation more clearly, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, see different perspectives, make better decisions, and gradually change how you respond and act in real life.
What professional standards and methods do you use?
Our work draws on professional coaching methods and ethics, along with guidance, teaching, mentoring, and, when appropriate, advisory support.
We make the distinction clear when we move from coaching questions into guidance or advice. The final decisions always remain yours.
What if I’m not satisfied?
