For people facing an important problem in their life who know that something needs to change and are ready to work on it from the inside out.

What We Work Toward in Six Months

About the 6-Month Program

This program is built around one important problem in your life, something that is affecting you, limiting you, or telling you that something needs to change.

We do not promise miracles or a specific external outcome. We work to understand the problem more deeply (at its roots), see what may be happening beneath the surface, and gradually change how you understand, experience, and respond to it.

The goal is not only to deal with the problem you are facing today, but to help you become better prepared for the challenges that life will bring in the future.

How the Program Works

THE GOAL: Not only to solve today’s problem, but to be better prepared for tomorrow’s challenges.

What You Will Work Through

Chapter 1: Know Your Starting Point

Before you can change something, you first need to understand where you are.

You begin by looking at yourself, your story, your current situation, and the patterns that may have brought you here. Through awareness and self-assessment, you start seeing your problem in a broader context and begin to recognize what may actually be happening beneath the surface.

Chapter 2: Build Your Inner Control

Once you begin to see more clearly, the next step is learning to direct yourself instead of being constantly directed by distractions, impulses, habits, and old patterns.

You work with focus, discipline, habits, and awareness of the internal and external forces that influence your actions. The purpose is not productivity for its own sake. It is to strengthen your ability to choose where your attention and effort go.

Chapter 3: Deep Work and Concentration

Understanding alone is not enough. You need the ability to stay with what matters.

Here you work on concentration, deeper focus, and the ability to remain with difficult or important work instead of continually escaping, postponing, or becoming distracted. These skills become practical tools you can apply directly to the problem you are working on.

Chapter 4: High Performance and Integration

The final chapter brings the work into everyday life.

You look more closely at internal and external saboteurs, how you structure your days, how you apply what you have learned, and how you continue after the program. You review your progress, reassess where you are, and begin preparing to continue the work more independently.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't have enough time for this.

This is a legitimate concern, and I completely understand it.

My answer, however, is simple: if you don’t have enough time and this is something you are struggling with, then you may be exactly the right person for this program.

One of the essential goals of our programs is to help you recognize not so much how to manage your time, but primarily what is important in your life and what is not.

The goal is not for this program to become just one more thing on your pile of obligations. Quite the opposite. The goal is to begin creating space through the program. Space for the program itself, but more importantly, more space for yourself and for the things that truly matter.

If time is one of your main challenges, it can also become one of the first things we work on together.

For something to be different, at least two things have to happen.

First, you have to be willing to consider new paths. If the approaches you have been using until now have not worked, continuing to approach the problem in exactly the same way is unlikely to produce a different result.

Second, you have to be willing to face things you may not like. Some of them may be uncomfortable, outside your usual way of thinking, or difficult to accept.

Sometimes progress requires going somewhere you have not been before and looking at the problem from a direction you have not considered before.

This is why guidance and coaching are such an important part of The Inner Edge. We don’t just look at the problem on the surface. We try to go deeper and understand what may actually be at the root of it.

But I cannot do that part for you. You have to be willing to go there.

It is not important how clearly you understand your problem before you begin.

You may already know exactly what the problem is and may have been trying to solve it for some time. You may have read books, gone through coaching, or tried different approaches. Those previous experiences can certainly be useful.

But if you have not, that is completely fine as well.

In either case, there will be work to do. Part of the process is precisely to understand what the real problem is and what may be at its root.

You do not need to arrive with the answers. That is part of the work we will do together.

External circumstances will always exist, and they will always change.

You solve one problem and life eventually presents another. You resolve a financial problem, a relationship problem, a conflict, or a difficult situation, and sooner or later another challenge appears.

The goal therefore cannot be to solve every external circumstance and create a life without problems.

The answers to how we experience and deal with external circumstances are within us. That is why this program is called The Inner Edge.

The shift begins when you start looking at the world through the perspective of your inner experience and begin working on how you understand, experience, and respond to what happens around you.

Whether you are healthy or ill, married or single, wealthy or struggling financially, external circumstances will change.

The goal is to change your inner relationship with those circumstances and the way you deal with them, whatever they may be.

The goal is not for this program to become another burden in your life.

You do not need to rush through it or complete everything perfectly. The purpose is to gradually integrate what you learn into your real life.

There may be periods when you move faster and periods when you need more time. That is completely normal.

This is a six-month process, and we can adapt the pace of the work to your situation and progress.

What matters is that you continue.

Exactly as much as you need.

That does not necessarily mean as much as you want. What you need and what you want are two different things.

An important part of this process is learning to work independently and not becoming dependent on your coach.

At the same time, you will have personal 1:1 guidance and coaching throughout the six-month process, with regular meetings and the possibility to ask questions when needed.

The exact form and frequency of our work will be adapted to your situation, needs, and progress.

If you genuinely work on yourself for six months, it is very unlikely that nothing will change.

But the problem may not be resolved in exactly the way you imagined when you started.

Sometimes our expectations are too high. Sometimes the problem is resolved in a different way. And sometimes the problem may already have changed or may no longer really exist, while limiting beliefs, past experiences, or old patterns keep us attached to the feeling that we are still trapped in it.

This brings us back to one of the central ideas of The Inner Edge.

The problem does not necessarily have to disappear on the outside. The essential work happens within.

The better question may therefore not be:

“Will this solve my problem exactly as I want it solved?”

But:

“Can I change the way I understand, experience, and respond to this problem?”

That is where much of the work in The Inner Edge takes place

The Inner Edge is designed for important real-life problems.

They may involve relationships, finances, health, work, family, an important decision, a major life change, or other challenges that life brings.

The specific problem is less important than your willingness to work on it.

You have 14 days to experience the program and our work together.

During this time, you can begin the program and experience the personal guidance and coaching that is part of The Inner Edge.

If you feel that The Inner Edge is not right for you, we can first look at whether there is another approach or solution that would better suit your situation and what you actually need.

If we do not find a solution that feels right for you, the final option is simple: let us know within 14 days and we will refund your payment.

Any coaching or guidance you have already received during this period is complimentary. There is nothing to pay for it.

This gives you the opportunity to experience the program and our work together before making your final decision.

About Coach Mark

Coach Mark (Mark Petek) has spent more than 30 years working with people in demanding environments and continually improving himself. His professional background includes 12 years as a police officer, nearly two decades as an attorney, as well as work in mediation, negotiation, coaching, and education.

Over the years, his interest has gradually moved beyond professional knowledge and achievement toward a deeper understanding of the mind, human behavior, self-awareness, discipline, relationships, stress, and personal development.

His work today combines practical life experience with coaching and insights drawn from both modern knowledge and ancient teachings, particularly Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita.

Mark does not believe that lasting change comes simply from collecting more information. Understanding is important, but it must lead to awareness, practice, and application in real life.

His role is to help people better understand themselves, recognize patterns they may not see on their own, and work on the issues that matter most in their lives.

If This Speaks to You, Start Now

If you recognize yourself in what you have read and you know that something in your life needs to change, you do not need to have all the answers before you begin.

You only need to be willing to look at the problem differently, to work on yourself, and to take the first step.

The circumstances may not change immediately. But the way you understand them, experience them, and respond to them can begin to change.

Dream big. Start small. Act now.
