30-Day Decision Guarantee
You have 30 days to experience the Elite process and decide whether this level of work is right for you.
If you have genuinely engaged in the process, done the agreed work, and decide within 30 days that you do not want to continue, we will refund your payment.
If you have not meaningfully participated in the work, we may deduct reasonable costs connected with the time, work, and resources already provided.
In either case, we do not believe in keeping a large payment for a process that is clearly not right for you.
